340 BC, only a year after the First 罗马 War, Rome is again confronted to its neighbours, but this time not in a position of strength. The Latin League, defensive confederation from which Rome has become the leader, is about to explode. The other main Latin cities want to get rid of the Roman supremacy, while eastwards the Campanians, being scared by the reniewed alliance between Rome and the Samnium, have decided to fight Rome. The Volsci, small Oscan people enemy of Rome have joined them. The young Roman Republic will have to fight three enemies at the same time; will it prevail and take its first step to the control of the entire peninsula or fall into oblivion?

WARNING : !!Before asking, you need BOTH parts 1 and 2 of the mod to make it work, you also need HATG and Greek States DLCs!! 
 
 
THE PLAYABLE FACTIONS
You'll be able to play as the Latin War's main belligerants :
The Roman Republic 
The Latin League 
The Campanians 
The 罗马s
And many other factions : see the Factions List 
 
Note : The faction names on the campaign menu are the historical ones, to give some flavour, however on the campaign map they use the English ones. 
 
 
CAMPAIGN CHANGES
This mod doesn't only change the date and factions, it includes :
New religions with proper religious buildings for :
All Oscan factions (Campanians, Lucanians, Umbrians and 罗马s); 
The Etruscans; 
The Venetics; 
The Apulians.
Rome, the 罗马s, Campanians, Venetics, Umbrians, Lucanians, Ligurians, Apulians and Latin League have all new Generals skins. 
Rome, the Venetics and Ligurians have reworked garrisons to fit with their new unit rosters.
Some tweaks : Lybia has now a Punic religion instead of Desert Nomadic, the Tarbelli and Vascones get Celtic religious buildings instead of Iberian ones as their religion is the Celtic one. Scutarii Cav is given to Celtiberian factions and Scutarii to Iberian ones. 
Every playble faction gets victory conditions!
 
Many factions have reworked unit rosters, see the Latin Wars Part 1 - Units description for more informations. 
 
Please take note that this mod is meant to be balanced for vanilla standards. 
 
 
<<<COMPATIBILITY>>>
As usual i've tried to do my best to make this mod compatible with most of the other mods. Basically it should be compatible with every mod that do not change HATG campaign or factions. 
You should be able to use any AI/diplomacy/economy/graphical mods you want to play this campaign. Units/Garrison/buildings mods may however be incompatible. 
This mod is NOT compatible with Radious or DEI. 
 
You should be able to play all other campaigns than HATG without issues. 
 
 
CREDITS
Unlike the Part 1, this campaign part doesn't include the work of any other modder. However I would still like to thank VINC.XXIII for all his historical infos and Robb Stark, King in the North for his tips. Both autors mods (The Third 罗马 War and Eras of Rome Res Publica) were also a nice source of inspiration for me even before i started modding. Also huge thanks to all of the guys that helped me with their posts and feedback on the Custom Battles Preview. Without all of them this mod wouldn't have been what it is now. 
 
I would also thank CA for the game and Steam for its workshop. 
 
 
RECOMMENDED MODS TO PLAY WITH
Above all other mods those two are really useful to make the campaign more accurate and enjoyable, that's why I set them as "necessary objects" even if the mod can be launched without them :
